A short, plain summary of how PVIDA Padel handles information for MACA events. A full policy is issued with your customer agreement.
What we hold
Organisation details, the people you authorise to run events, and — for each event — the players taking part, their chosen nickname, their photograph and their results.
Player consent
Players control how their nickname, photograph and results may be used, separately for internal communications and public sharing. Consent is recorded per event and can be changed by the player at any time.
Who can see personal details
Full names, email addresses and ability groupings are visible only to the Tournament Director of that event, and to anyone the Director explicitly grants access to. They are never shown publicly.
Sharing content
Share-ready posters use only the information a player has consented to share on that channel.
Retention and requests
Event data is retained for as long as the organisation holds an account with us. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information.
