Mixed Ability Made Simple

Bring MACA to your people

Different people. Different abilities. One shared experience.

Tell us a little about the group you have in mind.

You do not need to know the exact format, venue or date yet. That's our job.

We'll help you work out what your MACA could look like, which format fits your people and how much — or how little — you want us to take care of.

Let's build your MACA

Mixed-ability padel players on court during a MACA tournament

Picture this with your people.

A group made up of different personalities, friendship groups, backgrounds and padel abilities.

Then the games start.

People mix. Conversations happen naturally.

Beginners have something meaningful to play for. More experienced players are still challenged.

The competition builds. And everyone reaches a proper finish.

That's MACA.

Connect

Bring together people who might not normally mix.

Move

Create an active shared experience people genuinely want to take part in.

Include

Different abilities become part of the experience — not a problem to solve.

Belong

Create shared moments, relationships and memories that strengthen the group.

More than a great day.

MACA can help organisers understand and demonstrate what their event created. Depending on what matters to them, this could include:

People impact

Participation, connection, inclusion and participant sentiment.

Social value

Charity contributions, community support, local suppliers and smarter event choices.

Shared moments

Branded content and stories people can share before, during and after the event.

Padel is the mechanism. People are the point.

Start with the people.

Tell us what you're thinking.

You can come to us with a fully formed event — or simply an idea and a group of people you want to bring together.
